There are times when the GoDaddy Poynt platform will approve a Crown terminal transaction, only to void the transaction within seconds of that approval if there is a rare security or communication issue. Crown will now detect when this occurs and reflect the auto void in Crown and your practice management system to ensure payment statuses remain in sync.
Void and refunds issued directly on the terminal or the GoDaddy Poynt portal by the practice are also synced to Crown and your practice management system. The practice will be notified via email, and the patient will receive a transaction receipt to their email address on file for any void and refunds auto-synced by Crown.
